Bruce Busch believes in the adage of "A Picture is worth a thousand words." Using our digital camera to its fullest advantage, we will photograph your home inside and out. With specialized software, we will prepare a Virtual Tour when applicable. These pictures will then be used in various advertising media.

They will be displayed on the internet at our network of websites. The interlinking of www.Realtor.com with www.TheBuschs.com allows potential buyers far more information about your property than space on Realtor.com permits, even after we have contracted for the ability to access the site ourselves. Additionally, exposure at www.Weidel.com, through the broker reciprocity search engine, will allow even more potential buyers to view your home.

These digital photos are also printed to high-quality photo paper for use on our Valu-Visions which are displayed in our office windows. We also display these at community fairs and special events to further enhance the marketing of your home.

Print media also comes to bear on the sale of your home. These pictures will be placed in newspapers and magazines when appropriate.

Care is taken to properly photograph your property. A quality image is also uploaded to the Multiple Listing Service site, thereby eliminating the usual wait for their photographer and the sometimes less than adequate shots they may take.
